This project was a full design and build contract carried out form inception to completion by Walsh Construction Group.
The scope involved the design of a new dwelling incorporating the traditional features of the existing house and allowing a contemporary design to the rear elements.
A full design and planning application was carried out initially followed by a 12month construction programme.
